Inquiry - User Defined Questions

This inquiry displays any user defined questions (UDQs) setup on the Supplier master file.

Reference For information on setting up UDQs, refer to "Edit Company - Edit - User Defined Fields".

To inquire on UDQs on the Supplier master file:

1. Open the Supplier Inquiry screen for the supplier you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the Supplier Inquiry Screen".

2. Select INQUIRY | USER DEFINED QUESTIONS.

Micronet displays the User Defined Questions screen with any UDQs for the supplier.

3. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Ok button.

Micronet redisplays the Supplier Inquiry screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.

4. Select FILE | NEW to inquire on a different supplier.
